The apartment was very nice, clean, the couch bedding was stained with juice or something though. We were just laying down watching a movie anyway. The upstairs guests were very inconsiderate, boisterous and under the influence. Understanding that this is not the hosts fault, just disappointing. Great area close to basically all shopping. Cute little place.

This is a very clean cozy space. Check in was easy and straightforward. The place had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Self check in was very easy; home was very well appointed with everything a guest might need; decor was lovely; location awesome. Negative: $500 required security deposit is excessive and was not disclosed as necessary until after agreeing to the non-refundable booking; requirement to sign a tenancy agreement more suitable for a long-term stay was unnecessary for a two night stay; there are 8 steps up into the front door which were not disclosed and at least 12 steps down into the basement suite.
