Terms and conditions

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

We do require a refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). Please note that Mystique Properties reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1,000 to the method of payment on file if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover a claim.

FEES:

All stays longer than 30 days will be subject to additional cleaning fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
